Running the Backup Plan Manually

Our company is using Acronis Backup Advance 11.7 105230 v

 

When I try to run the a backup plan manually, I have to click on Run twice for it to start the tasks.  This backup software has so many issues and is very annoying.  Assistance would be greatly appreciated

Hello Reynaldo,

Does the issue occur with one particular plan or with all plans? Have you tried creating a new plan? Is it a local plan on the machine with Agent or a centralized plan?

Have created new plans several times with no success on a centralized vault

If I connect locally there is no problem but if I log in to the AMS and run the backup manually from there, I have to click on run twice for the backup to start running.

Have you tried to click only once and wait for a response? It does not refresh immediately but takes several seconds.

Yes I have clicked on it once and left it for about a couple of hours.  Never ran.

Hello Reynaldo.

Since the end of support for Acronis Backup 11.7, Acronis support engineers and developers will not investigate and fix this peculiarity. 

Thus, I can suggest that you update all Acronis Backup 11.7 components to the latest available build #50420 to check whether it resolves this issue or download a trial version of Acronis Backup 12.5.
