Unable to restore backup from Synology NAS

I am running Acronis Backup 11.7 on Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials.  I am backing up to a share on a Synology NAS.  The backup runs fine every night but now I need to restore a file and when I create a restore job and try to run it I get an error indicating that I have specified the incorrect account/password.  The account I am connecting to is a local account on the NAS not on the server. 

When entering the access credentials in the restore job I enter then as follows:  User name: nasbackup\username 

Any help would be appreciated.

Please issue user name in this format: .\username
