Acronis hang after Win 10 recovery completed
I used Acronis 12.5 to back up the system partition(C:\) of Win10 64bit. The backup plan executed successfully. Then, I tried to restore the machine. The system restarted and finished the recovery. But, it hangs at the last point of rebooting to the new system. The web server showed the progress stopped at 87%. I didn't know what happened. Even I had to reboot the system manually, it could boot normally. Is there anyone experience the issue?
Cheers for the help.
Hello nish rfsts,
thanks for posting on Acronis forums!
Most probably, the option "Restart the machine automatically after recovery is finished" has not been selected in Recovery options on Acronis Bootable Media:
Hello Maria Belinskaya,
Thanks for your feedback. I would like to clarify the usage of mine. The test machine as an agent was installed Acronis Backup 12.5. I performed the plan to recover the system from the management server. It didn't require any settings related to the reboot action and should restart without any interaction after the recover. But, the situation was the Acroins hang at last. It didn't reboot.
I recommend that you open a case with Acronis Support Team. You will need to collect Acronis System Report after reproducing this issue plus a short video that illustrates what happens on the recovered machine when the restore is completed and share it with support engineers who will investigate this issue.
