Activity Details Issue
Just noticed AB12 has two "Pending" backup entries from a long time ago in the "Activities" log. See attached pictures. The first picture is the oldest entry in the Activities listing and the second picture is the "Activity Details" report of one of those listings (doesn't matter which as they say the exact same thing).
Where are these logs kept on the computer so I can either erase or move them out? I am not sure, but perhaps these "Pending" issues are robbing computer resources and/or interfereing with AB12's function.
This looks more like a synchronization issue than an actual pending activity.
What happens if you restart the Acronis Management Server service on the backup server and Managed Machine service on the remote agent?
Does not do anything. Still have those pesky Activities Details. Where is that database so I can manually elimiante them?
