Internal Error - Operation with partition 'c:' was terminated

Hi,

We use ABU12.5.7641, for the past few months, the backup of the Exchange Server has been fine. Tonight, When the backup is running, It keeps failing at 19% with, "Internal Error - Operation with partition 'c:' was terminated". I've restarted the Exchange Server, the Acronis Management server, even rebooted the Virtual appliance on vmWare - No luck.

I've checked that there is sufficient space on the exchange C: virtual machine and there is plenty of space.

Backups of other virtual machines and servers seem fine.

What could the problem be?

Hello Dave,

thank you for your posting! First of all, please update to the latest build 11010. It contains fixes for discovered issues affecting backup format 12. Check if the issue persists and if yes, create a new archive.
