losing devices in backup plan (missing backup)
we notice that the number of devices on "Backup" tab (devices column) for some backup plans showing less than the total devices added to the backup plan (see attached). It was matched the day before but not today. It had happened before few time. In the past, when we saw this, the actual backup was missing some devices. We fixed the issue by clicking "edit" on the backup plan and then, save it (without making change).
It's definitely not normal behavior and so far we were not able to reproduce it in our QA lab, so this issue should be investigated with our support team involved.
