Not able to add Device in Acronis Server Manager.
Acronis Server Manager (ASM) installed in Node-1, network series 192.168.40.X.
Device (Node) trying to add in ASM is on another network 172.20.40.X beyond Cisco Firewall. In Cisco firewall port required for deploying Acronis agent, 25001 & 445 is open.
When I am adding node with node name I am getting an error as below.
Failed to check credentials for specified account.
Windows error: (0x80070035) The network path was not found

When I am adding node with IP its deploying Acronis agent in device on network 172.20.40.X, but that node is not visible in ASM under Devices>All Devices.
Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
