Acronis Backup 12.5 Virtual host Advanced Build: 13160
installed odn Widows server 2012 R2, updated. Try to backup to NAS, to share \\...
You configure backup task but ends with error. Any idea ?

Solved.

During installation - do not follow "recommnended" path. Need to change Installation settings - Logon account for the agent service and Logon account for the management server service.

After that, works fine.

Hello Lubomir,

thank you for sharing your solution! What accounts did you specify for services? By default, the agent runs under the Local System account. For a new account we recommend adding the following user rights https://kb.acronis.com/content/56202

An AMS user is also additionally added to Acronis Centralized Admins group.

Hyper-V is in Workgroup, but Acronis is installed on server which is in Active directory domain. Agent for Hyper-v required Administrator account from Workgroup and of course agents for servers, which are part of Active Directory, required Domain Admin Account. I assumed Local System Account but it looks like in our situation some rights were missing.
