out dated records in reports
Hi, we notice that we have some out dated records showing in the backup reports. e.g. we changed our backup's destination without moving existing backup's over and re-created all backup plans with new destination and name of the backup plans. Also, removed the old destination and plans from Acronis management. Please advise if I can manually clean up these out dated records. Thanks
Apparently, there are some old entries left in the Management Server database. We don't recommend touching the database contents to avoid corruption and other unpleasant issues, so the best advice here would opening a support ticket to solve the issue with the help of our experienced engineers.
I'm sure that it will happen again even support can clean it up for us. Could you add this as feature request, please?
If the information shown in reports is incorrect, this should be investigated and based on results of the investigation either considered an issue in the product that should be fixed or a designed behavior - then my colleagues can document a change request.
