Problem with mailbox-level backup of Exchange 2013 after CU 22 installation
We faced up with problem with mailbox-level backup of Exchange 2013 after CU 22 installation.
Database-level backup works fine, but when we try to make mailbox-level backup - having an error "access denied" (examples on the screenshot).
It broke after CU22.
All permissions are correct, ports opened, we just don't know what to do.
Version of Acronis - 12.5.11010

We have found several similar issues that have been caused by changed settings after CU2 Exchange update.
You can try specifing a new pasword in "Devices" -> "Microsoft Exchange" -> "Mailboxes" -> ServerName -> Settings.
Otherwise, a registry key must be set manually under
as an entry add a multiple string key with names, under which the Exchange Server/Domain internally/externally should be reachable, i.e.:
If the above solutions do not help, you will need to contact Acronis Support Team and provide them with system information collected from the machine with Agent for Exchange and from Acronis Management Server.
