Unable to revoke/assign existing Office 365 licenses on 12.5 backup

Have two Office 365 mailbox licenses of 5 assigned on a dead server. Need to reassign them to a replacement server. 1. Do not see any way to revoke the assigned licenses. 2. Cannot assign any of the three unassigned mailbox licenses. 3. Support page says Office 365 backup is an unsupported product?

this issue you reported should be investigated by Acronis Support Engineers. Please select Acronis Backup Workstation Subscription product when contacting Acronis Support Team
