I have succesfully installed an agent on both Host machines in our virtual environment. Thes had to be manually deployed and configured as the automatic deployment failed. I was able to connect both agents to the management console and assign the licences. I can see all my VMs in the navigation window with an agent but when I attempt to run a backup on a VM it failes after 2 minutes and the following 2 error log files are created. I attempted the backup tot he centrailzed store and I also attempted a backup to the loal drive on the machine that runs the Acronis management console. Both failed. I have searched the KB but this particular error is not listed?

Hello Peter Hoerlein,

Thank you for posting this question in our forum. I am happy to assist you.

If the backup of an virtual guest fails, you can check following:

  • Re-install the VMware tools inside the related guests;
  • Check, if the virtual disk drives are not set to persistent in vSphere. You find more information about in this article from our knowledge base;
  • Check, if you can perform a snapshot of the related machine(s) via vSphere client. Please use the option quiesced file system.

If the snapshot with quiesced filesystem option fails, please contact VMware support.

If you need additional assistance, please create a system report of the affected machine and contact support. You will find all available support options in our Customer handbook.

If there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know.

Thank you.

I re-installed VMware tools. Virtual disk drives are not set to persistent in vSphere. I was able to successfully create a snapshot of all VMs using the quiesced file system option.

After re-installtion of VM ware tools I addepted another backup of a VM and it failed.

I attempted to contact support and I got the following message

Acronis provides support for the current and immediately preceding versions of the product. The version that you selected is no longer supported. We recommend you to upgrade to the latest version of the product.
You can look for a solution in Acronis Knowledge base or ask for assistance in our Support Forum.
You can also get warranty support for any data recovery issue.

I have attempted to create a system report but it failed as well with the following error code.

Code: 11,337,744(0xAD0010)
LineInfo: 0xC93597B64F4E1C38;

Module: management_server_vs
Message: Routine has failed to serialize result.

Code: 2(0x2)
LineInfo: 0xC93597B64F4E1C39;

Module: management_server_vs
Message: Not enough memory.

Hello Peter Hoerlein,

Thank you for your reply.

Please let me know, what kind of Acronis Product you are using. I assumed that you are using a version of Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5.

Unfortunately, I could not find any registered product under your account.

I am looking forward for your reply.

Thank you.

Acronius was installed at our site by ABB Switzerland the licence certificate they supplied is CERTCH-178549 for Acronius True Image OEM Server? Serial Number 6X96Z-W6ZPA-7LLLJ-YB87L-YTHNC and this is the product I registered I assumed that this included the Acronius 11.5 product? I have 6 physical machine licences and 2 virtual host licences.

The serial numbers for these licences are attached. I attempted to register these serial numbers but it said that they have already been registered? Please check that htis product has been registered to Stanwell Corporation Swanbank Power Station

Hello Peter Hoerlein,

Thank you for your reply.

I have removed the license numbers from your last post. Please do not post private information at a public forum.

Please create a system report of the affected machine and contact support. You will find all available support options in our Customer handbook.

If there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know.
