Acronis Cloud for Office 365 - Personal Archives

Trialling the Acronis Backup for Office 365 Unlimited plan for a client who is running Exchange Online Plan 2.  As they have the higher level of EOP they have, and make use of, online Personal Archives.

I have successfully run a backup, however when I browse these I cannot see that these archives have been backed up - can we back these up with Acronis Cloud Backup?

I have checked with the Product Management team and confirmed that we support any Exchange Online subscription plans.


The fact that browsing doesn't show the archive needs to be investigated. Could you please fill in the template and contact our Support team?
