"connect" option is missing in my Acronis Disaster recovery VPN appliance setup

I set up d disaster recovery VPN appliance and vpn server, but the "connect" link is missing. If I tap the gear icon on the vpn appliance I only see "unregister" but no "connect" option. Please I need help urgently.

did you follow instructions from https://kb.acronis.com/content/60499? If yes and the issue still persists, please raise a support ticket, so that the dedicated engineers can proceed with the investigation.
