Problem while recovering files.
Hi when im going to browse files from acronis console i got this error (pic). This happens only from a user. Admin have the right to see the files. Note that user is taking backup normaly, only cant recover files and folders.
Also i can't recover via explorer it ask me for every folder password.
I took a new without password and again the same error!!! Whats going on? But from windows explorer i can take files. If i give laptop the same name as PC and reregister it to acronis console via command it will work?
