Hi everyone.

Just wondering if anybody was successful in installing Acronis module for WHMCS ( https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/1246 and https://kb.acronis.com/content/57853 )

Installed, conigured, but can't get it to work. The client product page is not rendering, and get errors acrivating orders. Tried 3 different servers, similar errors on all three.

Thanks.

G

Hello Guennadi

As far as I see, our development team is still investigating the case. Could you please share the outcome in this thread, so that other users can check it.

Thank you,

Is there any update on this?

I cannot get the WHMCS module to work either.

I get an HTTP 500 error when trying to configure the module.

Hello,

I have the WHMCS plugin working. There is a but; the backup status section has char encoding issue though I am not sure why because we are using default WHMCS/template and using UTF-8.

Any idea what the issue there is? I attached a screenshot. It shows the strange char encoding issue whether the agent is installed or not.

Best regards,

Chris

 Hello Chris,

looks like this is a known issue with the workaround described in the article Acronis Backup Cloud: Random symbols in WHMCS module
