Has anyone seen this error? It started after I reinstalled the Agent on Server 2008 R2 (I reinstalled because I had so many problems with ABR 11 that I hoped reinstalling would solve).

Unsupported virtualization server: '8'.
Additional info:
--------------------
Error code: 32798
Module: 114
LineInfo: 4787b8e7cea1823b
Fields: $module : C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\mms.exe
Message: Unsupported virtualization server: '8'.
--------------------

The Acronis Management Console doesn't see any of the VMs on my host, yet they are running fine in Hyper-V. As a result, I cannot back up anything.

Here's a screenshot of my error log: http://screencast.com/t/K6MB4To0I7t

I'm on Build 17318

In general, I've been plagued with one error after the next over the past month that has prevented me from performing a backup.

Hello Mark,

welcome to Acronis forums! Windows Server 2019 is indeed not supported by Acronis Backup 11.7 (here you'll find the list of supported OS). Support of Windows Server 2019 is implemented in Acronis Backup 12.5
