Failed to obtain binding configuration
Right click on vcenter and click configure agent for vmware bindings I get " Failed to obtain binding configuration " error

According to our internal sources, the issue shouldn't persist on the latest builds, so I'd start with updating to the latest available build and checking the database of Acronis Management Server with the script from the related KB article (use command cscript /nologo ams.js -fix:all), it might reveal inconsistencies in the database that stores information about agents and fix them.
