Product Installation Issues
Usage of the Acronis True Image Software start from the installation process. Sometimes it doesn't run smoothly, and we would like to help you to sort such situations out.
In case your installation process rolls back or gets canceled, first of all, please check the following
- The temp folder.
Start -> Run -> %Temp% -> Enter
This will get you to the Temp folder. Please delete any files you can find there. It won't affect Windows or any software functionality, as these files are temporary ones
Please make sure that the following services are started: COM + Application, Volume Shadow Copy, Distribution Transaction Coordinator
Should everything be fine, but the issue remain, please gather MSI log + Windows System Information and attach it as a comment to this thread. We will review the information and provide you with an appropriate suggestion.
