recover windows 2003 failed on hp dl380 g7

The acronis backup and recovery 10 is trial version. 

The steps as below:

1. boot with hp smartstart 8.60, then install windows 2003 64bit with sp2

2. install ABR 10, create an usb rescue disk

3. backup C drive(146g sas 15k drive X2, raid1+0) to D drive(600g sas 10k driveX2, raid0)

4. shutdown the server.

5. remove two 146g drives and insert two other 146g drive, create a new array and logical drive.

6. boot with usb rescue disk, recover system volume to the new drive, finished with no error.

7. reboot but can not boot up the windows, I tried times and got different result

after "boot from hard disk C" displayed

result a: some colorful characters displayed, the server hung 

b: ntldr is missing(only one time)

c: when I tried windows 2008R2, just like no system drive is found, the bios tried to boot from cdrom, hard disk, usb disk and again.
