I've installed acronis enterprise server with domain user, every acronis services used this account.

I've changed the domain user password and configured for acronis services, but when machine reboot, service acronis credentials loaded are those above and services cannot starting!

I must every time set correct credentials when reboot!

How I can set credentials for acronis services?

Hello Eros,

Thank you for posting. Let me assist you with this issue please.

Please make sure that Acronis services have required permissions, I would recommend the following article from our Knowledge Base that covers this in great detail.

In addition, this page from the web-help file shows how to specify credentials for Acronis services.

If you need additional help please let me know.

Thank you.

Hello Anton,

Thank for you help. I've read reccomanded pages, but i cannot find solution.

I've always used a user account with all right permissions for Acronis components and services,

but when I've changed the password of user account, acronis services cannot start at system login, becouse (I think) Acronis used the old user password.

Hello Malik,

You can specify the accounts under which the services will run during installation. In the installation wizard click on Customizing installation settings. Then you'll be able to choose which account to use.
