Task "Full backup" has failed

Hello, I have Acronis Backup and recovery 10 with licenses for 10 workstations and 1 license for a SBS 2003 server. I have two workstation machines on the network that i can not backup.The tasks fails every time throwing the following error "Failed to create volume snapshot".

The management server that i am running is Build 10.0.12708.

The agent for the workstations is Build 10.0.12708

I am trying to do a full backup of the hard drives.

Here is the log for the first workstation :

Unfortunately this log doesn't provide us with the information regarding the exact issue cause, and there can be several reasons. However, I'm glad to inform you that we have most of the reasons and their solutions described in this KB article. Please check the suggestions provided and verify whether the issue remains.

Ok, still not able to backup my machines.My disks are ok and chkdsk reports no problems..
Attached you can find the AcronisInfo report archives.
Do i have to open, like a ticket for the customer support or simply by posting on the forum i get the needed support?
