Getting this error while trying to do a full server backup to a network drive

Disabling VSS ensures I don't get an error, and as of now it looks like the backups are going on as planned.

... But now that VSS is disabled, I'm not getting the full backups I need. Any help on how to get this working WITH VSS enabled? VSS MUST be enabled. When I turn it on, it errors out right away, turn it off and it works without a hitch

According to the information you've provided, there's a glitch in the SnapAPI drivers. This can be solved by updating the drivers. I will send you the link to the update via Private message. Please install  it on the problem machine.

I am gettinga the same errror on REHL 5 please send me the link so that I can test it out.

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information we cannot identify the exact cause of the issue. Thus in order to sen you the fix we need to localize the reason. Please obtain Linux System Report, logs from \var\lib\Acronis, then open a support request with the information attached, and let us know its number.
