Hello Vasily,
I am getting the same error as Todd, using ESXi 5.5 and Acronis Backup VMware Agent (Build 9.2.10535).
I have already checked https://kb.acronis.com/content/31411 but the configuration is exactly as described.
Any ideas on that?

Hi Hanns,
Assuming that you're trying to run Exchange items recovery and get exactly the same error - it makes sense to localize the issue by trying to select a different resource pool (if applicable) and/or different datastore. The problem may also be related to different cause and in this case it likely will require further investigation.
