Shadow copy provider had an error

We have Drivelock installed in our PCs. We have Acronis backup agent also on the same PC .

What we found is that whenever Drivelock is up then Acronis backup fails .

Error log has been attached.

Have you tried running VSS Doctor as the activity suggests?
