Good morning,
I can't access my web console.
Here's the message:

This localhost page is not foundNo web page was found for the web address: localhost:9877/idp/authorize?client_id=apigw-39A3B8CD-3112-472C-98F8-4C3493713686&redirect_uri=%2Fapi%2Fgateway%2Fcb&response_type=code&scope=offline_access+openid+profile+email&state=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A9877%2F&nonce=kkbfznsmmfudexoaeigifysv
HTTP ERROR 404

Could you please help me.

Hello Dominik,

welcome to Acronis forums!

Please check the following: 

- On the machine where Acronis Management Server is installed check that Acronis services are running: see 60085: Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5: Windows services and processes If some service is not running, start it.

- Check under which user the services are running. If it does not match 60085: Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5: Windows services and processes, change the user in accordance with the article.

Thank you for your prompt response.

I checked the services and it looks fine. 

I checked against another server where I have Acronis and it's pretty much the same.

I don't understand why it's blocking.

Dominik,

have you also checked if the ports listed at the last column Port used by the service of the table from the above KB are opened in your firewall?

If it still does not help, please open a support case with Acronis Support Team. You will be required to collect Acronis System Information from a machine with Acronis Management Server.

Hello, Maria,

I've looked and I couldn't find anything at the ports.

I found a temporary solution by adding the server in another management console.

I will contact support to get a solution.

Could you give me a support email please.

I will also need some internet links to get the tools to collect the information.

The links you sent me are not very helpful.

I don't have access to the console to collect information at the server level and the support link is a general link. I need a concrete email to contact support.

If you have a valid maintenance license, then you can contact Acronis Support Team any time during the license period.

I think the support license is no longer valid, but my product license is for life.
