Why is the agent failing to register with the server?

Please check if all the required services are started on the Agent machine (which fails to be added to Management Server) and on the machine with Acronis Management Server: https://login.https://kb.acronis.com/content/59804

Please also check if the respective ports are open: https://kb.acronis.com/content/1711
