since it is managed vault, i cannot easily delete it by going to drive D: by windows explorer. Any suggestion? unable to delete it will cause the drive to full.

Btw this is an environment without internet connection and no remote by any vendor is allowed. thus, i cannot get remote support from Acronis Support. i can only extract out log files and get screenshots.

please advise.

I have a similar problem. After a backup migration, the old locations are still stuck and you can see the backups in the recovery menu, even though the backup has been" physically" deleted.

Hello Fathul,

Welcome to Acronis forums!

The problem is in corrupted metadata of this vault (managed location).

We suggest that you issue the following command in Command-line utility (it should be started on the machine with Storage Node, the client should install Acronis Command-line utility if it is not installed yet):

acrocmd reindex vault --name=VAULT_NAME_AS_IN_ACRONIS_CONSOLE --service=asn

Please Refresh the vault in Acronis Management Console after completing this command.

Hello Fathul.

Refreshing the vault should be enough for an unmanaged vault.

hi Maria,

i tried to run the command. it manage to solve the reported issue. i have marked it as solution.

however, when i run it on another managed vault, backup archives inside it went missing. Previously from console, before i run the command, it still show images files. clicking refresh doesnt show any also.

inside the vault path, the physicall file is still there. Any ideas?

Dear Fathul, unfortunately, we cannot share more troubleshooting steps - if refreshing the vault does not help, the issue needs to be investigated by the experts team. Please open a ticket for this issue https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153
