How to search and view different versions of a File within an incremental backup

Thread needs solution

With the old Acronis Backup 11.7 when I was trying to restore a file from an incremental backup, once it was found and selected, on the right, appeared all versions (increments) available for that file, file dates included. That way I could immediately choose the version I needed.
Moreover, if I’m not wrong, to find the file it was simply necessary to go to its path and, selecting it, you were provided with all version available even though the file at one point had been canceled from the original location.
Now, on Acronis Backup 12.5, it is necessary to open every single increment and go through it singularly: a customer asked me to find a file within a 60 days incremental backup without telling me when he canceled it and I had to open almost 40 backups of that one archive. There is a search option, but it searches only in a singular increment. Am I missing something or the old 11.7 was much better in searching through archives?

Hello Andrea,

welcome to Acronis forums!

It was Cataloging service in Acronis Backup 11.7 which helped you to quickly find a file in incremental backup. In Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 Cataloging service should be installed separately with a Storage Node. It works only on Storage Nodes.
