Subscription license has expired

Hello, I purchased a new Acronis backup Advanced license, but the old Acronis Backup Standart 
license cannot be removed.
How do I remove the old license?

 

On the portal acount.acronis i have not found the old license, but when you click and sync button the problem is not solved.

 

Error message :

Subscription license has expired

Subscription license 'Acronis Backup Standard Server Subscription License' has expired. Backups of the machine to which this license is assigned are stopped.

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

Does the issue with the licenses in your account still persist? Synchronization requires some time, so we recommend to check the details.

You can view your old licenses in the product following Settings -> Licenses and clicking on the number next to a license type (e.g.  Workstation, Server, Virtual host).

Yes it persists, the colleague solved it this way.
