is there any way to configure the files cloud client to not go up and down in the taskbar on the right, for each file that it synchronizes ?

Hi there,

Could you please provide some screenshot showing the issue?
Or better record a short gif file so we can see those moves of the Files Cloud client.

Thank you.

Hi,

I can't find a proper setting that controls that notification behavior.
I would suggest opening a Support case where our engineers will observe that issue and raise a new feature request if they can't find a solution or workaround.

Do you want to decrease the system usage in taskbar ?

Auto-hiding the taskbar can be a great way to add a little extra space to your desktop.

did you find a way to make it happen?

The issue was/is in reference to the pop-up notification appearing, for each individual file it synchronizes, which can be very distracting, especially if you're doing something on the system while the process is going through.

Hi,

Since C22.02 the sync client is part of Cyber Protection Agent, which has different, displaying the sync progress in different way. I believe this solves the issue.

You could find more info in the Cyber Files Cloud user guide: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/FilesCloudUser/#cyb…

Best Regards,
