API - Registered on developer platform but cannot log in

I have registered on the developer platform :

I cannot log into  BTW , I found the url on a forum here . The developer website does not give a link.

How do I access the sandbox?

Hello Alvin.

In order to use that solution you should have an administrator account.

After that you should be able to login.
