Backup not responding after daily internet reconnect

Hi,

I cannot finish the initial backup because, after the nightly internet reconnect the backup is 'not responding'.

It can only be started again after a reboot.

How do I troubleshoot this issue? Is a reconnect (with changing IP) not possible while the backup runs?

Welcome to Acronis forums!

Such an option is not available in Acronis software. The only solution is to re-start this backup task.

However, we thank you for this idea as a future feature request.
