Error while updating AcronisCyberProtect 15 to build 31791

Hello,
When trying to update AcronisCyberProtect 15 to build 31791 I get the following error:
The file directory is owned by an administrator and the administrator also has full access. I read a message from Acronis on the internet that in a previous version there was also this error.
Is there a solution for this?
