Dear Acronis Community,

some Acronis customers may have issues accessing their accounts due the performance degradation of the database cluster. Our DCO team is working on stabilizing the cluster, we’ll post an update once the issue is mitigated.

Update: The issue appears to be resolved. DCO team continues to closely observe the cluster performance.
