Unable to find previous backups from public cloud

I have an ACI and configured it to connect to a public cloud, yesterday I removed the ACI storage location from Acronis Management Server and then added the ACI storage back, but I can't see the previous backup files from AMS, Can anyone have an idea?

I would like to suggest some troubleshooting steps for you to try:

  • Click on the refresh button located on the top right corner of the page and see if the backups reappear.

  • To ensure there are no network issues, perform a test backup to the storage location and check if it is successful. If it is, refresh the vault again to see if the old backups reappear.

  • If the issue persists, try manually re-adding the storage location following the instructions provided in our knowledge base article:
