Thank you for your comment. I would like to suggest the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Ensure that all the steps in the Acronis Cyber Protect 15 user guide are followed properly. The guide can be found at the following link: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisCyberProtect_15/index.html#installation-in-linux.html#kanchor708

  2. Pay special attention to point number 7 in the user guide. After the installation is complete, select "Open web console" and then click "Exit" to open the Cyber Protect web console in your default web browser. To start using your management server, activate it by signing in to your Acronis account or through an activation file.

  3. If you have created a new user account and added it to the /etc/security/acronisagent.conf file, make sure that you have specified the appropriate permissions for the new user account. This may involve adding the user to specific groups or granting specific permissions in the Acronis Cyber Protect 15 configuration.

Please let me know if that helped with the issue. If you have any questions feel free to share with us the screenshots ( Unfortunately, the file attachment is currently not available on forum, please use a third-party sharing app and send us a link here)  and the system report of the machine: https://kb.acronis.com/content/1508. I would like to advise to contact our support as well so we can troubleshoot the issue properly: https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153

Thanks in advance.
