usb Whitelist does not work proprely

Dear all,

I have some problem with this kind of users.

All my users have the latest Agest installed, all the laptop and pc are running windows 10.

I'd try to do this step with:

  • Edge Browser
  • Firefox
  • Chrome
  • Chrome Canary

If I try to add for example an external usb camera for permit them to make videocall, i have this error.

The USB device could not be added to the database due to an error

There is some way in order to fix it?

I can not see any log about this problem. 

Nobody found this error before?
