Vulnerability assessment - usable with Acronis Cyber Backup ?

Hey there,
We only licensed Acronis Cyber Backup Advanced.
So we have no patch managenent or so
It seems as if in the past we had some plans that ran the vulnerability assessment as we have several entries in the list and they state all "detected on 2022-02-14".
So my questions now are:
- is there any way of getting rid of these outdated entries?
- if I setup a protection plan with only the vulnerability assessment configured, how can I check, whether the plan is executed? Although I select "start now" there is no entry in the activities list....
Thanks in advance
S.

Well as I posted it in the CP15 forum I use V15 ;-)
Well the manual does not help with my questions.

My expectation was, that there is an entry in the activities list if I start the plan manually, but maybe my expecataion was too high.

Hello Sven!
You posted here, but you mentioned Acronis Cyber backup, and those products don't have the same advanced features. I had to mention to be sure we are talking about the same product.
After you execute the scan the results should appear in : Dashboard > Overview > Vulnerabilities / Existing vulnerabilities
If they don't appear on that tab there is an issue and you should raise a ticket with support to check it. https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153
Regarding the other questions the only way to get rid of those outdated entries is:
- check them machine by machine and update yourself manually following this: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisCyberProtect…
- Add a patch management plan to update automatically the available patches as mentioned above.
Thanks.

To be completely precise:
We use Cyber Protect - Backup Advanced 15
So we have no patch management and so - if I understand you correctly - we have no chance of getting rid of the entries in the list as we cannot execute the patch management.

You can start a vulnerability remediation process. So literally after the list is displayed you can check 1 by 1 and decide which one you consider or not a real vulnerability.
This is the user-guide: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisCyberProtect…
Let me know if you still having questions after checking this. We can contact our support and try to schedule a session so all of this can be explained to you in detail.
Thanks.

As mentioned:
We have only Acronis Cyber Protect - Backup Advanced.....
There is NO chance of selecting "apply patch" as this is not contained in that sort of license.
So the list contains all found vulnerabilitys of all time since the beginning....bit weird....

Hello Sven. If you don't manage the vulnerabilities manually they will stay there. The panel is just informative, like a record book, you decide if it's a real vulnerability for you or not and if you decide that is you can install manually the recommended updates on the machine itself.
