Windows agent's offline

Hi, suddenly all of workstations are offline

when i try delete workstation and register it again a i have error:

Hello Maciej Szymański!

This looks like either port conflict or one of the internal services that would need to accept tcp connections isn't running (maybe it crashed). Check Acronis logs and windows event logs as well for signs of the latter.
