Plesk Error
Thread needs solution

Hello together,
we run several Plesk servers with the Acronis Backup Addon.
Backups can no longer be controlled from Plesk for a few days.
Error: The backup agent is not available. The agent is stopped or not configured.
All servers are displayed correctly in the Acronis panel and backups are also done.
All Plesk servers have the same problem.
Does anyone have an idea?
