Your resolution is supported in NVS codec. To use NVS, please install the Agent on the remote computer and choose Balanced or Sharp quality while connected with NEAR protocol (middle and rightmost positions of the quality slider to the right: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/CyberProtectConnect…).
Encoding big resolutions on the fly is way more demanding than just rendering a picture, though– so the remote experience may vary depending on the performance of your remote computer.
The application is free and fully functional during the 15-days trial, so please feel free to test it in your environment and check if it works for you.
