Can you please shorten the name of Acronis Cyber Protect Connect? Make it an acronym (ACPC) or go back to Remotix! There are multiple reasons, but the biggest is the fact that is does NOT roll off the tongue (it is a mouthful). When trying to tell someone about it and why they should use it, the SUPER LONG name is not a good way to start a conversation.

Same here- the name is too long! It's a bit of a [edit] mouthful to say to my clients "can you open Acronis Cyber Protect Connect for our remote session?"

Thank you Ekaterina for taking this up with management - as a program name change is no small feat but it's clear some folks are a bit annoyed by the name...

Suggestion for management: how about Acronis Cyber Protect Connect!

As this product is mainly built for access and management of remote systems, why not just drop 'Cyber Protect' from the name?

Thank you for your consideration.

I'll jump back in and thank those that keep commenting and moving this forward. I like handsonmac's name suggestion of Acronis Connect.

Thanks again!

Just to add another voice to the choir Katya. Remotix was such a great name!! Now it's almost painful explaining to a client the name of the app I need them to download to allow me remote access!

I created an account here just to add my support for this issue.

Please note that we're not just asking someone to process "Acronis Cyber Protect Connect", but we have to say either "Acronis Cyber Protect Connect Agent" or "Acronis Cyber Protect Connect Quick Assist". To the people I'm supporting, these are just unending sequences of syllables which ultimately mean nothing and just add to the stress they're already feeling.

Seems like a ridiculous problem, but name is extremely difficult to use in the real world when working with folks who are looking for technology help and struggling to understand what you're saying under the best circumstances. It just fills me with despair when I have to have this conversation with a client.
