How many incremental backups recommended before a ne full backup

What are you including in your 'full backup of your PC', i.e. how many disk drives / partitions?

11+ hours sounds like an extended backup time unless you are backing up across a slow network connection with a very large volume of data.

What version of Acronis are you using here?  Is it ACPHO or ATI 2021 / 2020 which create .TIBX format archive files?  If so, then having 21 incrementals is less of a risk than with the previous .TIB disk backup archive files where each incremental is in a separate file on disk.  Incrementals for .TIBX backups are automatically consolidated in a single file with the initial Full backup for that version.

If you are doing an 'Entire PC' backup with multiple disk drives included, then I would recommend dividing this into multiple backup tasks, one per disk drive, which will help make the backup operation quicker, smaller and able to be scheduled according to frequency of change.
