UNABLE TO REGISTER!!!

Dear all!

as I register to Acronis web site with the address m*****@mclink.it I appear to have paid my perpetual licence for Acronis Disk Director.

But when I download and install and try to use it, it does not accept my registration code.

Please help me! I am going crazy!

Welcome to Acronis forums! 

I'd strongly suggest against posting your personal emails in public forums, as they can be used by spammers. Removed the emails from your post.

 Under your account tied to m******@mclink.it  I see a license of Acronis Disk Director 12 (Standard). Are you trying to activate this product? Could it be an installation file from Acronis Disk Director 12.5? If yes, then this license is not suitable, as Acronis Disk Director 12.5 is a new version of the product and hence requires an upgrade license for 12.5. 

Did you download the installation file from your personal account? You need the build #96

Should you still experience the issue with activation, please send me a couple of screenshots of your steps and the error message, the serial number you are using (please send it in a personal message, click on Send message under my profile)
