FYI: Here's one way to identify which system the email is from
To the best of my knowledge from my personal experimentation, the only way the email form will work is if the "E-mail address:" & "From:" fields are identical. That means that if you have multiple computers running ADM -but- only have one POP3 email address, there's no way of distinguishing which computer sent the email report.
The only solution I have found is to have as many different POP3 email addresses as you have computers running ADM. You then use a distinct email address for each computer to set up ADM.
This is a clearly a flaw in the design of ADM, but at least there's this workaround...
