Won't Install

I get an error message as follows:
Code: 01610
Line Tag: 0xbd28fdbd64edb8bc
Message: The configuration data for this product is corrupt.
I have tried to install in safe mode. I have downloaded the install file twice with the same results.

Ken,
What OS are you installing it on and what other Acronis products do you have installed?


I'm not sure what the problem is (Acronis products often have cryptic and strange error messages), but try installing as 'Admin' using the right click install as Admin option.
