MacOS Ventura - When will it be supported

Spotlight search is broken on macOS Ventura. Looking at the release notes it took 6 month's since release to support macOS Monterey. Can you please let me know when Ventura will be supported as I have new devices coming shipped with Ventura installed and freelance BSOD devices being used that have upgrade to Ventura already and these are devices I can't manage due to being personal devices.
I'm due server upgrades to be installed early next year and if Acronis can't support operating systems on release I will need to look at moving away from Windows for my file servers.
Thanks,
Matt

That's great to hear, Daria.
Matt and I are certainly not the only ones urgently waiting for the update.

I can't see this getting fixed any time soon! Early next year I'm moving to TrueNAS instead of a Windows based storage system. For context TrueNas for Spotlight searching 12 hours after someone reported it didn't work on Ventura and this is software that is free to use.

This is so sad. Daria Sorokina wrote 3 weeks ago but until today no reaction. Still no new version and all the customers unhappy.

Hi Lyubomir,
new version of Acronis Files Connect does still not support the spotlight search!
How can I get technical support? Adding our product key in the Acronis support area does not work.

I noticed you have to change the search engine to "Acronis", then the search does work. Our volumes were set to "Windows-Search" and this worked in older versions but not anymore.

I have "Acronis Content Indexing" checked under "Enabled Search Engines" and still searching is not functioning on any of our Mac computers. Does anyone have any advice to resolve this? Support hasn't been helpful so far.

We are having the sam search problems as everybody else. Have tried the new 13.3 beta and that fixes the SMB problems, but we still run with AFP. We have tried both acronis index and windows search indexing but nothing works.
As you can see on the picture below, acronis search on Ventura is searching thru the entire network and just not the main folder
