Is this product (Files Connect) dead? Any decent support?

I have this (Files Connect) as a legacy product and trying to work out how to potentially enabling clustering.

Support people unable to use telephones, and no online chat. Only email support.

Is this product dead?

Any decent support?

A telephone number that can be called?

You can submit cases through the following method:

  • Web A case will be created automatically and you will immediately receive a confirmation email with the case number. The support team will also receive an email notification about the case.
