Acronis Ransomeware Protection crashed on startup

Tried reinstalling bu this did not help.
Does the issue still persist? If yes, could you please collect Acronis diagnostic information from the PC in question and upload the archive with logs to our FTP server (I'll send you the link for upload in personal messages - to access PM go to My Account at the top of a forum page and then to Dialogs).
Donwload the SystemInfo utility for Acronis Ransomware Protection from the article https://kb.acronis.com/content/2707 and follow the step-by-step instructions outlined there. The gathered information will be put in systeminfo.zip file in the same folder where you placed the utility.
